LPG Supply For Camper

Question:
I have a LWB Renault Trafic Canper and I want to fit a permanent tank preferably under the vehicle to supply the various appliances in the camper. This would be a big improvement over carry spare bottled gas especially when tripping over to france etc and would also give me extra (valuable) space inside.

I assume I need just a tank and filler and some sort of shut off valve, The camper is piped in 8mm at 37mbars.

Answer:
Yes we do vapour kits for motorhomes with twin stage regulators for safety. We also supply propulsion tanks with vapour offtakes but these are made to measure and there is a 10 week lead time.

Question: What is the position with regard to using lpg from the vehicle tank to power a generator mounted in the vehicle?

No problem most gennies will run happily on a vapour supply, it is only when you get to the larger gensets that you have to supply liquid. Calor do a simple gennie conversion kit available through Machine Mart
