Question:
I'm gathering *nonbiased* opinions regarding pop up campers. If you have
experience with multiple makes (Coleman, Viking, Rockwood, etc.) please fire
away and let me know what pros and cons you have encountered

-I have pulled three different pop-ups over the past 30 years, two of which
were built by Starcraft and one Coleman. I liked the Starcrafts rigs the
best. They had a higher profile and were just 'more comfortable' to me.
Even thought the Coleman rig that I had was well-built, I never liked it as
well. I have recently gone looking at popups with my daughter and her
family. Of all the different rigs we looked at, I found that I still liked
the Starcrafts, however, I liked the Jaycos even better. Of course, that is
just from looking at them on the showroom floor, not from actually using
them. If you are pulling with a smaller vehicle, then the Coleman would be
a good option - again, lower profile and a little lighter. My humble
opinions, for what they are worth.
