I need a rental truck/SUV to pull my tent trailer in Oregon/WA

Question:
I can't find a rental company that will allow me to pull my own tent trailer. I have tried with Budget/Uhaul/Toyota, and they all say they won't allow it. Anyone heard of a place to rent a truck/SUV that you could pull your trailer with?

Answer:
I fail to see how they could stop you. Just don't mention you are going to tow. May not be proper but I can't see any way you could hurt a rental unit. If you have insurance covering the trailer and a personal vehicle, it would seem that insurance would cover a rental unit as well. Plus, if you rent a vehicle with a tow package, meaning it has a receiver on the rear, it will have all the equipment needed to tow any popup. That would include plugging a brake controller into the wiring system. What I don't get is, how could you have a tent trailer without having a tow vehicle? That doesn't compute.
