utility camping trailer

Question:
Can anyone offer info on converting a standard utility trailer into a covered trailer for carrying camping or works tools etc. We are thinking about buying a 4 by 8 foot utility trailer with a flat deck, 14 inch wheels, and putting a goos storage box on it, with rear doors, and a height of 60 inches.... has anyone done this, or are using one while van or auto camping... any scout groups use one of these,,, any information would be appreciated.

Answer:
-I purchased a used utility trailer that has the tools boxes taking up the sides of the trailer. You know, like the kind you see on phone & gas company trucks. If you get any storage box on yours, make sure it can be locked up and not removable. When I get mine done it will have almost the whole nine yards- lots of locked storage, a 45 gallon water tank, etc.

-I made one once when I had a welding business. It was for our Scout group. They are great. A place for everything, easy to keep organized. We pulled it with a Suburban, so it made much more room in the vehicle. We turned lots of heads and got lots of compliments on it. You can do an awful lot with one
